Neuqua Valley Business Department would like to thank the following businesses for allowing our students to create promotional materials for your company!! Our students appreciate the opportunity for the real world experience!
While it might not be the first attribute people think of for an award of this magnitude, kindness goes a long way and is at the root of all things Nisha! Her positive attitude, along with her strong self-motivation and high standards have served her well in her many NV Business endeavors. Nisha quickly earned the respect of her peers as she began her run as a 4-year member of DECA, serving in a leadership role for the last three years. As DECA President her senior year, she led Neuqua DECA to achieve national recognition for the highest percentage increase in membership. Personally, she has competed in numerous events through the years and this year was awarded 2nd place in state for her Fashion Merchandising Promotion Plan which qualified her to compete at the national level. In class, Nisha is always hardworking and focused, and she truly strives to do her best while looking for ways to relate content to the real world in her pursuit of growth and understanding. Her leadership is purposeful, her character is refreshing, and her kindness helps make the world a better place! The Business Department appreciates how Nisha has made THEIR world a better place, and they wish her well as she joins the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Nearly 6,000 BPA students competed over the weekend in Orlando, Florida, and all of district 204 schools did very well.
